Seattle Pipe Lining. A local Seattle Certified Perma-Liner Installer was awarded a contract for 98 feet of 10 inch pipe lining for the City of Steilacoom in the Seattle area. On day one, the Seattle contractor cleaned, televised the pipe and made sure all prep work was complete. Day two came, and the Seattle installer knew there would be no room for mistakes. The Seattle Pipe Lining crew installed over 300 lbs of wet-out pipe lining material within a matter of minutes, maintained air pressure and came back the following day to ensure a good, solid cure time.
